Cancellation & Refund Policy

GetVet Solutions believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after booking the appointment. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the appointment has been completed by the doctor.
Afetr successful cancellation of the appointment, the amount will be credited back to the original payment method within 7 working days.
